1. If you could only have one lunch for the rest of your life, what would it be?

This is a super difficult question. If health and nutrition wasn't a concern, then I have often said that I could be happy eating a fresh, warm, crusty baguette with butter every day for the rest of my life and be happy. Or really really good homemade ramen.

2. What inspires you the most?

I often feel most alive and fulfilled after I have written something that comes from my heart. Usually it feels like it's coming through me and not by me. Similarly, I love nothing more than a no holds barred talk with girlfriends that involves lots of laughter.

3. What's one song you know all the words to?

Honestly, you got me. I am terrible with remembering lyrics. The only song that comes to mind is Kermit the Frog's Over the Rainbow - and I only know a couple of verses.

4. What’s one thing you wish you knew how to cook?

Brussels sprouts. Mine never turn out like the crispy charred ones I order in restaurants. I have no idea why.

5. What part of your morning routine could you not live without?

Wim Hof breathing, yoga, and meditation. But if I'm pressed for time, I pick breathing. It resets my nervous system.

1If you could only have one lunch for the rest of your life, what would it be?

It would be BBQ bittersweet pork ribs with mashed potatoes, my mom used to cook it only for my birthdays.

2. What inspires you the most?

To see that my friends, and everyone who has crossed my path, are not only closer to reaching their goals but that we have helped and encouraged each other every step of the way.

3What's one song you know all the words to?

The song I know all the words and at the same time for some reason makes me happy is Blind Melon - No Rain but, if I had to go to Karaoke it will be Redbone - Come and Get Your Love, Heeey!!!

4. What’s one thing you wish you knew how to cook?

I wish I knew how to cook that lobster I had once in a small restaurant in Cabo de la Vela, Colombia. It was a unique experience that I wish I can enjoy again and share with everyone

5. What part of your morning routine could you not live without?

I was born and raised in Colombia, so you can guess that the most important thing in morning routine is a good cup of black coffee.

1If you could only have one lunch for the rest of your life, what would it be?

This was honestly one of the toughest questions I've ever been asked. I'm a big foodie, so I have way too many favourites to choose from. If I had to narrow it down... it would have to be Tacos from El Trompo in Kensington Market.

2. What inspires you the most?

My biggest inspiration is my family and close friends. Without them, I wouldn't be the person I am today. They continue to inspire and motivate me to grow into the best possible version of myself.

3What's one song you know all the words to?

Another tough question! I would have to say N'sync - I want you back! This particular song gives me Boy Band nostalgia! #TeamNsync

4. What’s one thing you wish you knew how to cook?

Homemade Tonkotsu Ramen! (With the broth and noodles from scratch)

5. What part of your morning routine could you not live without?

Every morning, I dedicate a few minutes to think about all the things I am grateful for. Followed by chugging 1 litre of warm water and brewing a fresh cup of coffee before starting my day.
